Business Development Manager - Reconstruction & Robotics - North Belgium


Our client is a designer, developer, and manufacturer of market-leading technical medical devices. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Business Development Manager - Reconstruction & Robotics to join their team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales and profit targets on product portfolio; completing monthly forecasting/investment meetings and quarterly business reviews.
  • Reporting to the Sales Director.
  • Developing, coaching and managing a regional sales team.
  • Responsible for knowledge of all local contracts and tenders.
  • Develop a strong network of key stakeholders including KOLs.

Key skills and experience:

  • Degree level standard or equivalent in science-based subjects.
  • Demonstrable sales/commercial experience within healthcare.
  • Experience in business growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Ability to set and deliver strategy, working closely with marketing, sales and product management teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills will be vital to success in the position.
