Commercial Banking Advisor

Position Overview: As a Commercial Banking Advisor, you will be at the forefront of managing communication between banks and their customers. Your expertise in understanding how financial institutions create value will enable you to offer personalized and relevant advice on a wide range of banking products. You will be customer-focused, delivering first-class service to both internal and external customers.

Mission:

• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for bank customers, understanding their needs and expectations to offer appropriate financial solutions.
• Advisory Services: Provide expert advice on various banking products, ensuring that customers receive personalized and relevant recommendations.
• Digital Banking Promotion: Promote digital banking services to customers, helping them transition to and utilize these platforms effectively.
• Portfolio Management: Build and maintain a portfolio of satisfied customers by meeting deadlines and handling complex tasks with ease.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant degree.
• Experience: Entry level up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch and French (required), English is a plus.
• Customer Focus: Strong ability to understand and meet customer needs, providing exceptional service.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to handle complex tasks and provide effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and French, with English being an added advantage.
