Role:
The Marketing and Dealer Development Section Manager plays a critical role in the company’s regional marketing and business development efforts, particularly in managing relationships with dealers and supporting market penetration.

Qualifications, skills and experience: Required/Desirable Required
• Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and campaign management.
• Dealer Relations: Experience in dealer or partner management, including recruitment and performance improvement.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with dealers, customers, and internal teams.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse market trends and performance data to drive decision-making.
• Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with the local market’s cultural and business practices.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and dealer initiatives simultaneously.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and adjust strategies based on insights.
Qualifications
• Experience: Experience in marketing, public relations and or dealer development, or a related role, preferably with experience in the country or region.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required and proficiency in local language is required.
• Travel: Travel within the country may be required for events, media engagement, and stakeholder meetings.
Work Environment
• Location: Based in the country’s office or regional headquarters.
• Team Structure: Works closely with local sales, product, and global marketing teams, as well as external PR agencies and partners.
