As an HR Consultant at HumanX, you will be responsible for managing diverse operational projects based on your HR expertise and personal career goals, while working onsite with our clients across various sectors (pharma, construction, banking,…) in Belgium.
You will actively contribute to improving the efficiency of our clients' HR services by assessing their existing processes and providing practical recommendations in several key areas, such as:
- Digital HR: Implementing digital tools and managing the transformation of HR processes.
- Talent Management: Optimizing talent management and internal mobility practices.
- HR Analytics: Using HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Payroll: Improving payroll processes and compliance.
- Talent Acquisition: Designing recruitment and talent retention strategies.
- Compensation & Benefits: Advising on compensation policies and managing employee benefits.
Your Profile
The ideal HR Consultant will have a first experience in HR, a passion for solving real-world HR problems, and a strong interest in consulting. They will also have a keen interest in the digital aspects of HR and will be able to identify and propose innovative solutions to clients’ HR challenges.
You are a strategic thinker, a good listener with excellent communication skills, and you enjoy working with digital tools and HR data to create impactful solutions. Additionally, you have a strong desire to learn and grow through certifications and training opportunities, constantly seeking to expand your expertise and stay at the forefront of HR trends.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of In-House HR Projects: You will be responsible for managing HR projects at our clients, often lasting several months, from inception to completion.
- Improving HR Processes: You will analyze existing processes and provide recommendations for improvements in performance, efficiency, and digitalization.
- HumanX Ambassador: You will embody HumanX’s values and mission, representing the company professionally and enthusiastically to our clients.
Qualifications
- Ideally, a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in an operational HR role.
- Proficiency in three languages: French, Dutch, and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong skills in communication, project management, and HR analytics.
- Ability to work independently while being a key member of a collaborative team.
- High energy and passion for HR, with a talent for tackling complex challenges.
