Position: Experienced ServiceNow Developer

📍 Location: Brussels, Belgium

🏢 Full time; Hybrid (2-3 days per week onsite at the client’s office)

📜 Type of Contract: Permanent Contract preferably / Freelance Contract

🌍 Mandatory Languages: English (excellent); French or Dutch (B2)

📌 Eligibility: Candidates must possess European nationality or a valid work permit for Belgium.

Requirements

🎓 Education: Master’s degree or equivalent through professional experience

Service Now Certified (development)

🛠 Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development
• Certified in ServiceNow Development
• Strong hands-on experience in API setup and integration
• Knowledge of CMDB, workflow design, and email interface configuration
• Experience in building automated data exports and data migration into ServiceNow

🤝 Soft Skills:

• Strong team player with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable working in large, complex environments
• Able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Solution-oriented and not afraid to raise challenges

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize IT processes using the ServiceNow platform
• Design and develop interfaces to feed enterprise data into ServiceNow
• Configure APIs for integration with local and external systems
• Build automated exports and reporting features to support internal business needs
• Configure and analyze inbound/outbound email communication in ServiceNow
• Create custom workflows aligned with business processes
• Lead migration of legacy tools and functionalities into the ServiceNow ecosystem
