Requirements:

  • Project Planning Tools: Proficiency with tools like MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
  • Nexthink Analytics: Ability to use Nexthink for endpoint insights and targeted replacements.
  • Windows 11 Migration: Familiarity with processes and challenges related to Windows 11 upgrades.
  • IT Infrastructure Knowledge: Understanding of device lifecycle management, hardware logistics, and endpoint configurations.
  • ITSM Tools: Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar systems.


Job Description:

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with site engineers to ensure efficient execution of the PC refresh project.
  • Schedule and manage user appointments for device replacements.
  • Collaborate with the Windows 11 upgrade project team to align efforts and ensure compatibility.
  • Utilize Nexthink analytics to identify and target the right devices for replacement.


  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and project sponsors.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with all project team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues promptly.


  • Resource Management:
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery of project objectives.
  • Ensure that all project team members have the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks.


  • Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and standards.


  • Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess project risks, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that all project risks are documented and communicated to stakeholders.
