As we accelerate, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing who can bridge strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Someone who brings structure, but also thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to make things happen.


Your Role


As Head of Marketing, you'll take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. You’ll work alongside a lean team — including one in-house content manager — and coordinate with external service providers to scale campaigns, sharpen our positioning, and drive lead generation.


This is a key leadership role that requires both vision and executional drive.


Key Responsibilities


1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop a clear, data-informed marketing strategy that supports business growth.
  • Define and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels 
  • Define KPIs and iterate based on results.

2. Brand & Content

  • Refine our brand voice and positioning in the B2B data and AI market.
  • Oversee content creation to establish thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business objectives.

3. Growth & Demand Generation

  • Increase qualified inbound traffic and improve conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Test and scale targeted performance marketing campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to position InfobelPro as a thought leader.

4. External Partners & Resources

  • Manage SEO, design, and content partners for campaign execution.
  • Maintain brand consistency and messaging quality across all providers.
  • Onboard and manage new agencies as needed to scale efforts.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators including CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), MQLs, traffic and campaign ROI.
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Use data to guide strategic decisions and optimizations.

6. Budget Management

  • Own the marketing budget and ensure smart allocation across initiatives.
  • Optimize spend based on results and ROI analysis.


What We’re Looking For


Experience

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, data, or AI-related companies.
  • Proven experience leading marketing strategy and executing performance-driven campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing and demand generation best practices.
  • Skilled in managing external agencies and freelancers.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with modern marketing tools.
