Senior Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer with a strong background in the Refinery/Petrochemical industry. The ideal candidate will have 15 to 25 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve onsite and HVEC issues.
• Address engineering queries through site coordination and visits.
• Ensure design inputs are integrated into construction work.
• Participate in safety audits onsite, as applicable.
• Interface for deviations (to EM GPs, procedures) and obtain necessary approvals.
• Provide input to need lists.
• Participate in the Interdisciplinary Check (IDC) process.
• Actively participate in lessons learned and value addition workshops.
• Validate engineering drawings with constructability in mind.
• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for coordination between the LTTS-India team and all stakeholders on the client side (Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Operations).
• Design solutions to site access/maintenance measures for components (e.g., electrical equipment) identified during commissioning/operation/maintenance phases.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and provide inputs to engineering design through site pictures, sketches, dimensional data for existing infrastructure, and as-built data.
• Participate in project review meetings (internal and external to LTTS).
• Coordinate and interface for RFIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 15-25 years of experience in the Refinery/Petrochemical industry.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
