Tax Manager

Robert Half is currently looking for a Tax Manager ad interim (m/f/x) for a 6 month assignment.

Our client is located in Brussels region.

As Tax Manager ad interim you will have the following responsibilities:

Operations, including the following:

• Tax accounting responsibilities including (Benelux, Sweden)
• Compliance of tax positions in Financial Statements, IFRS and Local GAAP,
• Calculation of current and deferred income tax;
• Management of tax audits and litigations;
• Design of transfer pricing policy and tax operating model;
• Monitor tax compliance obligations in various countries, including
• Collecting relevant accounting and tax information
• Working with external advisors on all compliance matters
• Manage group restructuring projects (M&A, merger, company liquidation, etc.)
• Assist with identification and mitigation of tax risks
• Contribution to tax budget and forecast

As Tax Manager ad interim you have the following qualifications:

• System knowledge SAP / knowledge taxtechnology tools is a plus
• Strong assets
• Master degree Tax
• +/- 7 years Big4 experience in the Corporate Income Tax Department
• +/- 8 years Tax Manager or Director in a multinational company with EU/EMEA/worldwide foreign
• Solid accounting knowledge
• English is a must any other language a plus
