About the job What you'll be doing Design and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems Develop data pipelines and workflows for large-scale data processing Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and insights Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and define data science objectives Create and maintain predictive models, optimization algorithms, and statistical analyses Communicate findings and recommendations through compelling visualizations and reports Stay current with advancements in machine learning and data science methodologies Test, validate, and fine-tune models for accuracy and scalability Work closely with data engineers to ensure data integrity and availability Contribute to the development of the company’s data strategy and best practices Skills & qualifications 3+ years of experience in a data science or related role Proficiency in Python or R, with a strong understanding of data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and probability Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and version control systems (e.g., Git) Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders A proactive and innovative mindset with attention to detail Fluent in French or Dutch with good command of English A passion for turning data into actionable insights Movify offers Cutting-edge projects at the intersection of technology and business Continuous learning opportunities, including certifications and workshops A dynamic and agile environment that fosters creativity and innovation A team of passionate experts who thrive on collaboration Flexible working conditions with a strong emphasis on work-life balance Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives State-of-the-art tools, resources, and facilities A supportive and inclusive culture that values every voice Regular team-building activities and celebrations to keep the energy high
