Your future role


As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving and leveraging market research and consumer insights to understand industry trends and market needs. You will identify opportunities that will drive company growth. This role involves close collaboration with marketing, sales and agencies to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand strategy. You will also manage our brand presence across social media platforms to ensure alignment with our overall positioning.


In this role, you will be assigned the following tasks:


  • You will conduct competitive market research to gain a deep understanding of current trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and potential gaps in the market.
  • You will translate research findings into growth opportunities within the relevant channels, including the right pricing and competitive benchmarking.
  • You will assess our Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats in the marketplace.


  • You will define and refine the brand’s position in the marketplace, ensuring that it resonates with target audiences and differentiates us from competitors.
  • You will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to develop a strong, innovative roadmap that aligns with our business strategy and drives company growth.
  • You will manage product development projects from ideation to launch, working closely with the Marketing team to ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • You will monitor and adjust the performance of the various initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in new business innovation.


  • You will develop a clear brand positioning statement and messaging framework to communicate to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • You will develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the overall brand positioning and business objectives.
  • You will ensure consistency of messaging on-and off-line (social media, website, PR, fairs, and customer specific marketing activation), to maintain a cohesive and professional brand image.
  • You will manage the creation, curation, and publishing of content across social platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • You will analyze social media metrics and engagement to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • You will stay up to date on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains relevant and impactful.



The profile we are looking for:


  • You are graduated from a Master’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B brand marketing, marketing or market research roles within a competitive international organization.


  • You have a proven track record of developing and executing market positioning strategies for B2B brands.
  • You have experience with both quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies (e.g., surveys, interviews, data analysis).
  • You have the ability to autonomously analyze market research and data, and to derive actionable insights.
  • You have experience using tools and platforms for market research and data analysis.
  • You have a strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, particularly in the B2B space.


  • You are skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • You have strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, and you are able to work cross-functionally on a global level.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French, and Dutch.
  • You are eager to learn and open-minded.
  • You are focused on achieving measurables outcomes.
  • You are a curious and innovative thinker.
  • You demonstrate multicultural sensitivity.
