I currently have several exciting openings within the field of IT Service Management across NATO environments. These roles are ideal for professionals with strong ITIL backgrounds, experience in service delivery, KPI & SLA management, and a passion for continuous improvement.


📌 C004039 – Service Level Manager

Location: Braine L’Alleud, Belgium

Key Focus: SLA negotiations, KPI monitoring, CSI initiatives, service continuity, and contract management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's + 3 years of experience (or 10 years without a degree)
  • Strong ITIL background, SLA/OLA expertise, and BI reporting skills


📌 C004155 – Service Level Manager (Dashboards)

Location: Northwood, United Kingdom

Key Focus: Cybersecurity KPIs, KQIs, dashboard design and automation, stakeholder coordination

Requirements:

  • BSc or 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience with Cyber Security dashboards and KPI frameworks
  • ITIL, UX design, and BI tool expertise


📌 C004001 – Senior Service Manager

Location: Braine L’Alleud, Belgium

Key Focus: Managing Deployable CIS infrastructure, configuration & change management, risk assessments, and SLA support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of experience
  • Strong leadership, configuration/change management, and O&M budgeting
  • ITIL Intermediate or Managing Professional preferred


📌 OCIO-0059 – IT Service Management Expert

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Key Focus: Lead ITSM maturity assessments, service strategy coordination, performance framework updates, and stakeholder engagement

Requirements:

  • ITIL v4 Practice Manager or Managing Professional
  • Experience in service strategy, transition, and governance
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills


📌 C004147 & C004148 – Service Delivery Managers (2 roles)

Location: Braine L’Alleud, Belgium

Key Focus: Service delivery monitoring, incident/problem management, service costing, and stakeholder relationship management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of experience or 10+ years of hands-on service delivery experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft collaboration tools, cloud services, and ITIL v4 Foundation certified
