What You’ll Do


As a Graduate Operations Management Trainee, you’ll work closely with multiple teams, including Customer Service, Risk & Fraud, Payments, and Product Teams. Your role will be essential in improving key operational processes while building a strong understanding of business and technology. Some of your responsibilities will include:


🔹 Payment Process & Platform Support – Analyse customer payment behaviours, support in optimizing payment processes, and collaborate with tech teams to improve platform performance.

🔹 Regulatory & Compliance Assistance – Assist in tracking regulatory requirements and support compliance-related tasks with the Belgian Gaming Commission (BGC).

🔹 Risk & Fraud Prevention – Help identify fraud patterns, review suspicious transactions, and work on automation solutions for fraud prevention.

🔹 Escalation & Issue Management – Support in streamlining escalation processes for Customer Service teams and improving workflow efficiency.

🔹 Technical & Product Collaboration – Work alongside Product and Tech teams to understand system processes and contribute to platform enhancements.

🔹 Reporting & Analysis – Generate and analyse reports on risk, fraud trends, and customer behaviour to drive operational improvements.


What We’re Looking For

✔️ Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field.

✔️ Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.

✔️ Passion for operational efficiency, risk management, and compliance.

✔️ Excellent communication skills – you’ll translate business needs into technical solutions.

✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.

✔️ Proficiency in Dutch and English (French is a plus!).

✔️ Tech-savvy – familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


Bonus Points If You Have:

➕ Basic knowledge of SQL, API integrations, or automation tools.

➕ Internship experience in operations, customer service, or risk management.

➕ Understanding of payment processing, fraud detection, or regulatory compliance.
