Business Analyst

As a NetSuite Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting users across financial and operational processes. Your expertise in NetSuite will be essential in analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and ensuring that the platform aligns with the company’s goals. You will work closely with stakeholders to configure, implement, and support NetSuite applications and 3rd party systems, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support for Netsuite users & business users, addressing inquiries and collaborating with external partners for complex issues.
• Analyze and document business processes, ensuring they are optimized and well-supported by NetSuite or other integrated applications.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and design solutions that align with business objectives.
• Deliver training to end-users and develop supporting documentation, such as user guides and help manuals, with a focus on the finance and operations teams.
• Oversee testing processes for new NetSuite configurations and features, ensuring that quality standards are met before deployment.
• Manage and deliver projects related to the NetSuite roadmap, including tracking timelines, budgets, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on NetSuite or relatable ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of finance and/or accounting processes.
• Proficient in NetSuite configurations, workflows, and customizations.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluent in English (required), Dutch is a plus.
