We are currently seeking an experienced Project Planner to join a leading pharmaceutical project based in Ghent, Belgium. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-profile initiative within the pharma sector, offering exposure to complex projects and a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Track progress and provide updates to project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with timelines.
• Support risk analysis and mitigation planning.
• Assist in project reporting and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project planning, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Familiarity with GMP environments is a plus.
• Proficient in project planning software Primavera P6.
• Fluent in Dutch or Flemish (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work on-site in Ghent.

• Length: 12 months, with potential for extension.
• Type: Freelance or payroll options available.
