Business analyst

Nexeo is looking for a Business Analyst to support one of Belgium's leading banks in its technological transformation projects.

Mission Context:

The Operational Permanent Control (OPC) department is responsible for identifying and assessing operational risks as well as executing controls. As part of a broad transformation program, Track 4 “Tooling” aims to define, document, and implement a high-performing technological ecosystem for OPC, including:

• Data analytics
• Artificial intelligence (AI)
• Advanced robotics

The Business Analyst will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of these initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and document business, stakeholder, and transition requirements.
• Define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Model and document business processes (existing and new).
• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders (OPC, IT, Data, ORM Solutions).
• Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for performance and user acceptance testing.
• Participate in quality reviews (designs, prototypes, and documentation).
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and requirements management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Solid understanding of IT environments and testing methodologies.

Profile Sought:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in business analysis.

Languages:

• Native or fluent in Dutch or French with a good command of the other language.
• Good knowledge of English.

Working Conditions:

• 50% on-site and 50% remote work expected.
