As a Senior Project Manager – Regulatory, your responsibilities will include:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage strategic projects within the life insurance sector, focusing on regulatory requirements from initiation to closure.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with regulatory standards.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory obligations.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project performance, providing regular updates to C-level stakeholders.
• Solution Delivery: Deliver business solutions that meet regulatory requirements, enhancing operational efficiency and compliance.
• Continuous Improvement: Support post-implementation activities, driving innovation and refining processes for ongoing regulatory alignment.

What are we expecting?

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of senior-level project management experience, with a focus on regulatory compliance in the life insurance sector.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in life insurance.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, identifying and addressing risks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to present insights clearly to executive audiences.
• Languages: Fluency in French or Dutch, with professional proficiency in English.
• Soft Skills: Resilient, adaptable, client-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
