To accommodate our growth, Nipro EMEA is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager who is passionate, detail-oriented, and proactive to join us in our Operations team, based in our Mechelen office in Belgium.

What you’ll do

• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze and optimize processes
• Develop and implement operational excellence strategies aligned with company objectives
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects to optimize operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
• Track, analyze, and report on operational performance metrics
• Provide training and guidance to teams on Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Identify and assess operational risks and develop mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with ISO, JSOX, and regulatory requirements

What you’ll need

• Proven experience in operational excellence and risk management
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (ideally black belt)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects
• Strong communication and training skills
• Experience in compliance with ISO, JSOX, and regulatory requirements
