Be Part of the Future

As Content & Product Testing Executive, you ensure that users – from care personnel to technical teams – can easily and effectively use our smart lights and applications. Your role starts with hands-on product testing—understanding exactly how our smart light and application work, anticipating user challenges, and ensuring accuracy in all learning materials and documentation.

Our goal is to develop a complete e-learning program within two years. In the meantime, the focus is on creating valuable content and building a strong foundation. Depending on the company’s progress, we will actively expand these learning solutions further.

Your Responsibilities:

• Hands-on product testing (50% of your role): Actively test and explore Nobi’s smart lights and applications to understand real-world performance, identify potential issues, validate new features and translate findings into clear, user-friendly content.
• Content & training creation (50% of your role): Develop manuals, knowledge databases, and training materials tailored to different audiences, ensuring all documentation is informed by real product use.
• Collaboration and coordination: Working with technical and support teams to translate user questions and feedback into practical content.
• Consistency and quality: Ensuring all documentation is clear, consistent, and user-friendly.

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn: You enjoy discovering new technologies and sharing knowledge.
• Strong communication skills: You can explain complex information simply and clearly, both in writing and speaking.
• Curious product tester: You enjoy actively working with technology, testing hardware/software, and thinking from the user’s perspective.
• Interest in learning and development: You are enthusiastic about creating innovative learning solutions.
• Language proficiency: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required, along with being either a native Dutch speaker or native English speaker.
• Experience: At least two years of relevant work experience, such as in content creation, training, or technical documentation.
• Digitally savvy with an interest in technology: no technical background required, but a willingness to dive in is essential.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a pragmatic approach to tasks.
• Bachelor’s thinking level and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
