Since 2015, NOOZ Optics, an innovative French-Belgian company, has redefined the ready-to-wear eyewear market in Belgium and Europe. To support our strong growth and ambitious network expansion—opening 10 new stores within the next 18 months—we are seeking a Retail Area Manager Belgium.

Your Mission: Drive and Accelerate NOOZ’s Growth

As Retail Area Manager Belgium, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational development of our brand across the country. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the successful launch of new stores in Belgium by effectively coordinating all critical stages (location setup, recruitment, team training, store opening).
• Overseeing and animating a network of retail locations (daily follow-up, regular site visits, and performance reporting).
• Recruiting, training, and supporting store teams (Store Managers and Opticians) to achieve established performance targets.
• Monitoring and analyzing commercial and operational performance at each store, implementing tailored action plans to meet and exceed goals.
• Ensuring consistent application of the company’s commercial policy and visual identity across all points of sale.
• Closely collaborating with headquarters in Brussels on product collections, marketing initiatives, and growth strategies.

Your Profile: An Experienced, Dynamic, Results-Oriented Leader

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• At least 3 years of successful experience managing multiple store locations, ideally within the optical, retail, or fashion industries.
• Strong managerial skills, capable of motivating and developing geographically dispersed teams.
• Genuine affinity for retail, fashion, innovation, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in French and Dutch is essential.
