IAM Specialist – Service & Operations

Do you have 3+ years of experience as an IAM Specialist? We are looking for an EU national to join our team in Leuven.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an IAM Specialist
• Experience in IAM or IT operations (ideally both).
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and agile project methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive mindset with a structured and service-oriented approach.
• Language(s): English (fluent)

Job Description:

• Organize and lead monthly service meetings with our IAM solution provider to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage contracts and licenses related to the IAM solution.
• Handle daily ticket follow-up within the IAM domain, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
• Solve Level 2 IAM tickets, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders when needed.
• Serve as a crucial interface between the project team and operations, participating in sprint reviews, CAB meetings, sprint planning, and more.
• Create and maintain clear and user-friendly knowledge base articles related to IAM services.
• Actively participate in weekly ICT service owner and operations meetings, sharing updates and contributing to service improvement
