Senior Leader CRM Salesforce

To accelerate our expansion, we’re seeking a commercially-driven Senior Leader who can win strategic deals, expand our client portfolio, and own the delivery of high-impact CRM projects. Your leadership will directly influence our revenue growth and market dominance.

This role is strategic and offers a clear path to partnership, driven by your performance and impact. 


What will you do? 


  • Identify, approach and convert potential clients, understand their needs, and craft tailored CRM solutions. 
  • Own the client relationship and guide their CRM vision across all related business processes. 
  • Provide strategic advice on sales, service, and marketing alignment within a CRM framework. 
  • Oversee CRM project lifecycles - from initial scoping to final delivery - ensuring excellence throughout. 
  • Own the commercial pipeline - from opportunity sourcing and pitch development to deal closure and client onboarding. 
  • Collaborate on marketing and thought leadership activities to create campaigns that drive leads and position Novera as a CRM authority
  • Contribute to strategic and operational management activities across the company. 


Who is the perfect match? 


Whether you come from a consulting background with business development experience, or vice versa, this role is for professionals who blend business development with strategic thinking with delivery excellence. 


Experience & Expertise 

  • At least 8 years of experience in the Salesforce consulting market (in consulting and/or business development roles), or alternatively strategy, IT or CRM services in digital transformations. 
  • Deep knowledge of the CRM ecosystem (preferably Salesforce) and proven strategic thinking around CRM implementations. 
  • Track record in identifying, converting, and growing client accounts. 
  • Proven ability to manage and oversee complex digital transformation projects. 

Leadership & Business Acumen 

  • Ability to mentor, develop and manage high-performing consulting teams
  • Strong commercial drive with a successful track record in outbound business development and sales within a consulting environment. 
  • Experience in navigating customer environments, managing stakeholders and solving complex problems. 
  • Experience in managing P&L and contributing to strategic growth. 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

Entrepreneurial Spirit 

  • Proactive, result-driven, and eager to take ownership. 
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. 

Others 

  • Fluent in English, and either Dutch (preferred) and/or French. 
  • A deep understanding of the Belgian IT & consulting market. 
  • Willingness to join our office in Zaventem several times a week.
