Administration Internship (Sales Department)

Your role and key responsibilities will be:

• Support various activities associated with Sales Department (Exhibitions & Events, support Sales team with prospecting projects, leads insertion to the CRM, agreements issuance, etc.) at the highest level.
• Conduct business research to generate lead and support marketing campaigns
• Support CRM maintenance on data, prices, quotations, etc
• Generate new leads through emails and calls
• Contact inactive leads to revive interest
• Should follow-up on tasks assigned to him/her
• Contribute to the implementation of ISO;
• Provide ah-hoc assistance to his/her Unit;

Requirements

• Applicant must possess EU work permit
• BA degree preferably in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Communication or similar
• Any previous internships are considered as asset
• Fluency in English (written & oral)
• Any other languages are always a plus
• Confident user of Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Outlook

· Location: Brussels

· Full time Paid internship 12 months with possibility to apply for employment
