1. Governance and Project Portfolio Management
Data collection, processing, interpretation, and visualization for internal/external reports
Communication and coordination with project managers, sponsors, and line managers
Continuous updating of the authentic data source (PPM tool) for:
Capturing project request priorities from different General Directorates
Preparing and facilitating composition meetings with IT Resource Managers
Aligning projects with the strategic reference plan
Proper qualification of projects (purposes, benefits, scoring/value)
Tracking project risks, incidents, changes, progress, and status
Ensuring data completeness and quality for steering committees
2. Change Management for Governance and Project Portfolio Management Processes
Preparation, participation, and follow-up for meetings
Supporting stakeholders in meeting new quality standards within the PPM tool
Appropriation of Digital PMO service deliverables and translation into a transformation plan
3. Change Management Support Based on Organizational Requests
4. Operational Support for SPW Digital PMO Team
Acting as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for PMO team commitments
5. Formulating Improvements and Transformation of PMO Processes
Required Profile:
The ideal candidate should have:
Strong portfolio and program/project management skills
Excellent data management and reporting skills (Excel, PowerBI)
Good knowledge in the use of a PPM tool
Significant professional experience in the public sector, specifically in portfolio management, PMO, and change management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with tact and cordiality
Ability to interact with technical teams, business employees, and top management
Collaborative, creative, and result-oriented mindset with proactive backlog management
Strong attention to detail in data collection, processing, analysis, and cleaning cycles
