This team, composed of entrepreneurial professionals, drives digital transformation by forging strategic partnerships within the digital innovation ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
The Innovative Uses division operates as an innovation and experimentation laboratory, acting as a catalyst for solving complex problems. To further enhance this transformation, SPW seeks an Innovation Coach who will:
- Advise and participate in the implementation of the innovation strategy and its deployment within SPW.
- Assist in developing a structuring framework for the Lab_Innovation (governance, service offerings, activation processes, etc.).
- Support innovation management, organizational methods, and the roadmap for activities and projects.
- Implement a monitoring approach addressing digital innovation challenges.
- Collaborate and take inspiration from digital innovation experiences in public services to strengthen synergy and partnerships.
- Coach teams in agile methodologies necessary for launching innovative POCs (Proof of Concept) and prototypes within the Innovation Lab.
- Assist in establishing the collaborative innovation platform to animate the network of innovators and drive innovation deployment within SPW.
- Support the facilitation of internal events promoting a culture of innovation (Innovons ensemble, Speed-Dating, Digital Days, conferences, hackathons, etc.).
