Our client, a leading Oracle Implementation Partner, is looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to take a lead role in delivering HCM Cloud projects. The focus will be on implementing Core HR, Performance, Goals Management, and Talent Review solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated consultant to lead delivery and drive real business outcomes.

Key Requirements

✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience with Oracle Cloud HCM

✅ Proven full lifecycle implementation experience across medium to large-scale enterprises

✅ Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Performance, Goals, and Talent Review

✅ Strong grasp of Application Security, Approvals, and Extensibility tools

✅ Able to deliver innovative, practical solutions that bring clear business value

Role Responsibilities

🔸 Lead client workshops and provide best-practice guidance

🔸 Shape and deliver HCM assignments aligned with business objectives and measurable benefits

🔸 Define and manage project milestones, outputs, and timelines with delivery managers and clients

🔸 Produce high-quality documentation for configuration, testing, data migration, and knowledge transfer

🔸 Build trusted client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure successful outcomes within project scope
