Experienced UX Strategist Wanted

We are a dynamic project looking for a highly skilled and experienced UX Analyst to join our team.

• Conduct thorough user research, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis.
• Analyze user data to identify key insights that inform design decisions.
• Develop detailed user personas, user journeys, and information architecture.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers.
• Evaluate and improve the usability and accessibility of our digital products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in an ICT field.
• Minimum of 6 years of post-secondary professional experience in Information System analysis or User Experience.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in UX design and research tools.

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)
• Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA)
• Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) UX Certification
• Certified Professional in User Experience (CPUX)
• Google UX Design Professional Certificate
• Akendi UX Certification
