Visual Merchandiser & Trainer

We are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Visual Merchandiser who will be glad to join an Italian, modern and dynamic fashion brand.

In your role, you will be accountant for PINKO DOS visual displays in Belgium, Netherlands and France (Paris), ensuring that all HQ Visual Merchandising guidelines are followed.

In details, you will:

• Maximize sales in Pinko Direct Operated Stores, creating the best display in line to Pinko HQ Visual guidelines and market trends
• Adjust displays in order to promote new products and special offerings
• Provide a competitors weekly analysis to HQ keeping abreast with industry and market trends
• Educate the team on new product and incoming styles ensuring a more intensive experience for the client to maximize each sale
• Communicate with all teams in Belgium/Netherlands to update stores about latest arrivals and incoming product
• Educate sales teams on inspiration behind the product and best-selling strategies

Skills and Competences required

• Experience of at least 3 years in the same role in Premium Fashion Companies
• Passion for fashion and a strong sense of aesthetic
• Basic knowledge of Retail KPIs and store operations
• Availability to travel and work on weekends
