Project Manager IT

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Consultant to lead the seamless migration of IT systems, processes, and data as part of a strategic business transition. This role requires deep expertise in IT system migrations, regulatory compliance (GxP), and stakeholder management to ensure minimal disruption to operations and full alignment with our client’s IT standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the assessment of current IT systems at client’s site (e.g., ERP, MES, LIMS, QMS) and define migration roadmaps to the new infrastructure.
• Develop risk-based migration plans, including data mapping, validation protocols, and cutover strategies.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and EU Annex 11 requirements throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Oversee the technical migration of critical systems (e.g., SAP, TrackWise, Veeva) and legacy data, ensuring integrity and traceability.
• Collaborate with IT teams to configure client’s systems (e.g., NN’s SAP S/4HANA, NN QualityDocs) to replicate/replace Catalent functionalities.
• Validate migrated systems via IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Author and review migration-related documentation: Validation Reports (VSRs, RTM), SOPs for post-migration support, Risk Assessments (FMEA, GAMP 5), Support regulatory inspections (e.g., FDA, EMA) by providing migration artifacts.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in IT system migrations (pharma/life sciences preferred).
• Proven track record in GxP environments
• Expertise in SAP, MES, LIMS, and Veeva migrations.
• Knowledge of data integrity (ALCOA+), CSV, and GDP.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project).
• Language: Fluent English and French

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: PMP, ITIL, Agile, or GAMP 5.
• Experience with cloud migrations (AWS/Azure) in pharma.
