As a Team Leader - Export, you’ll steer a dynamic team to ensure smooth sailing in export operations—from bookings and documentation to financial oversight and top-tier customer service. 🌍

🌟 Your Role at the Helm

• 🛳️ Navigate Operations – Oversee export logistics, carrier bookings, customs documentation, and Bill of Lading (BL) processes.
• 💰 Keep Finances Shipshape – Handle invoicing, accruals, freight audits, and extra cost claims to keep everything afloat.
• 📊 Monitor & Improve – Track key performance metrics, refine processes, and drive continuous improvement.
• 🌍 Be the Customer’s Anchor – Manage inquiries, resolve shipment issues, and lead operational updates with clients.

🔎 What You Bring Aboard

• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
• Experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding
• Fluency in Dutch & English (extra languages? Even better!)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & reporting tools 💻
