Customer Service Manager

We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Customer Service Manager to join the team. If you have a passion for leadership, process optimization, and delivering exceptional customer service, this is your chance to make an impact across multiple countries in the EMEA region.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and shape our European Customer Service team.
• Redesign and streamline processes to boost efficiency and drive customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to optimize service delivery.
• Oversee strategic customer relationships, pricing, contracts, and margin control.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the region.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership experience, with a proven track record in customer service operations.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work with diverse stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset with expertise in process improvement and automation.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems and commercial processes.

Please note this role requires travelling up to 70% of the time accross multiple countries in Europe.
