Plug The Jack is Belgium’s first self-service music studio network. We operate fully equipped studios that artists can book online and access 24/7 using a simple digital code. We provide professional spaces for rehearsal, recording, DJing, podcasting, and music creation, all at affordable rates.
With locations in Brussels, Liège and Antwerp, we make it easier than ever for musicians to create and play music, without the usual constraints. We are growing fast and gaining traction among thousands of artists across Belgium. Your Role: Own the Growth Engine
As Marketing & Acquisition Manager, you’ll be in charge of our entire digital marketing strategy — from customer acquisition to retention. You’ll report directly to the management team and progressively take full ownership of growth.
You’ll drive both strategy and execution — meaning you’re just as comfortable in a spreadsheet or ad manager as you are shaping a content plan or managing creatives. You’ll work closely and collaborate with our internal media team (content, visuals, short-form video).
This is a high-impact role in a small, hands-on, fast-moving team. We're looking for someone entrepreneurial, performance-driven and bilingual (FR/NL) who wants to build something meaningful in the music space.
