Global Test Engineer

For our headquarters in Dendermonde, we are looking for a Global Test Engineer.

What will you do at PSS?

As a GTE, you will be the global specialist in test equipment and processes for acoustical product testing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our loudspeakers and assemblies meet the highest quality standards through automated and semi-automated testing systems.

Your expertise will drive technology development, process improvements, and new test solutions across our global production sites. You will collaborate with R&D, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to define best practices and ensure standardized, efficient, and innovative testing solutions.

Key responsibilities:

🔹 Acoustical & Air-Water leakage Testing / Automation – Develop, implement, and optimize End-of-Line (EOL) test systems for loudspeakers, tweeters, and assembled products.

🔹 Software & Lab Automation – Work with LabVIEW, PLC, SQL databases, and scripting to automate test processes and improve system efficiency.

🔹 Process Improvement & Innovation – Research and implement new test technologies, ensuring our solutions are cutting-edge.

🔹 Training & Support – Train engineers, production staff, and technicians on test systems, troubleshooting, and best practices.

🔹 Project Management & Supplier Coordination – Lead test-related projects, collaborate with R&D, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams, and manage supplier interactions for test equipment.

🔹 Product Label Printing – Ensure efficient and standardized product marking and quality control testing.

What do you bring to PSS?

✔️ Bachelor’s in Acoustics, Electronics, Electro-Mechanics, or related field

✔️ 3+ years’ experience in test automation, audio measurement, or quality control

✔️ Strong skills in software automation, SQL databases, and acoustical testing

✔️ Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication & teamwork

✔️ Fluent in English, Dutch is an asset
