Resource Specialist

Proclinical is seeking a Resource Specialist who is passionate about operational excellence and enjoys tackling complex challenges. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing workforce efficiency and driving customer success within the clinical research sector. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, data-driven, and thrives in a dynamic environment. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically allocate resources to client projects based on skills, experience, availability, and budget.
• Proactively manage capacity planning and resourcing needs to ensure exceptional results.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to adjust resource allocations and maintain project momentum.
• Identify and mitigate resourcing risks, refine processes, and implement best practices.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations Leaders to forecast resource needs.
• Assist with recruitment efforts and develop resourcing models to ensure top-tier talent.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in workforce planning, resource optimization, or a related field.
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking utilization, headcount, and recruitment needs.
• Ability to build strong relationships across departments and influence decision-making.
• Experience in a SaaS environment and proficiency in project management software is advantageous.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced setting.
