We are looking for an IT Project Manager who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and guide complex projects to success. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of client engagements, working to translate their business goals into actionable, technology-driven solutions. Your strategic insight and hands-on project management will ensure our clients achieve their business outcomes efficiently.

What will you do?

• Manage end-to-end change programs, helping clients adapt and thrive through technology.
• Lead the process of defining business needs and technical requirements with clients, ensuring the best solutions are implemented.
• Partner with clients to align project goals with business objectives and ensure their needs are met at every stage.
• Cultivate cross-departmental collaboration to streamline processes, define timelines, and meet operational goals.
• Track and document project progress, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights.
• Design technology solutions that effectively address business challenges while ensuring industry compliance.
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure that operational standards are met while refining processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Create compelling reports and presentations to clearly convey project results to stakeholders.

This position is not offered 100% remote, and we cannot support relocation to Belgium or work visa processes.

Your skills & qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT projects with a mix of business and technical focus.
• Familiar with the financial services sector
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certifications
• Expertise in leading client-facing projects and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies and project management tools (Jira, MS Project).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas simply.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
• A “can-do” attitude—comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and turning them into tangible results
• Fluency (EU C-level) in English and fluency in Dutch or French
