Our client is a prestigious legal and corporate services firm based in Brussels, known for their excellence and commitment to delivering exceptional service to their high-profile clients. Their team is dynamic, professional, and driven by innovation. They are looking for a highly skilled and motivated High-Level Executive Assistant to support their senior management team and contribute to the smooth running of their operations. As a High-Level Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to senior executives, providing a broad range of executive support to ensure the efficiency of their daily activities. You will act as a key point of contact within the organization, demonstrating exceptional organizational and communication skills while managing complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior management.
  • Manage and prioritize complex calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports in English, French, and Dutch.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams.
  • Organize and manage high-profile events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of board meetings, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
  • Support senior management with ad hoc tasks, including research, project coordination, and document management.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and liaise with other departments when necessary.

Jouw profiel

  • Trilingual in English, French, and Dutch (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role, preferably within a legal, corporate, or professional services environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management, clients, and colleagues.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is a plus.
