As Off Trade Sales Representative part of the Belgium off-trade team, you will be accountable for ensuring delivery of financial plan targets, strategies and plans with the channel.
Responsibilities
Your main goal is to implement promotional plans, volume, distribution, visibility, persuasion, price and promotion targets in the off-trade outlets by managing the relationship with off trade outlets.
You exhibit curiosity about consumers / shoppers, customers needs and motivations and how their beliefs and behaviours impact brand / category performance,
You have an awareness of customers, market & competitor trends, recognize the impact of these on the business. You understand brand and commercial goals and refer to them in the targeting of sales driver activities. You understand how their individual actions impact on the delivery of the trade strategy,
You understand rationale behind all activity & are able to translate it into a compelling selling story,
You understand customers measures & decision-making and use this to build compelling fact based propositions. You are able to translate customer propositions,
Trilingual English, Dutch, French.
One-year fixed-term contract.
