RED is actively looking for a SAP PMO in FREELANCE in Belgium.

SAP Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist

Location: Charleroi (BE) | Travel: USA

Mission Start: ASAP | Duration: +/- 12 months

Language: Fluent in English; French is a plus

Reports To: CIO & Transformation Manager

Position Overview:

The SAP PMO Specialist will lead and support SAP-related projects, ensuring successful execution globally. This role requires expertise in PMO methodologies, resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential for managing projects and driving collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with goals.
• Resource Management: Allocate and monitor resources to optimize team productivity.
• Risk Management: Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor milestones and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• PMO Tools & Methodologies: Use tools like Microsoft Project and JIRA; apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate project status and goals, facilitating meetings and presentations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities and lead lessons learned sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, IT, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience in PMO roles, especially in SAP implementations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work cross-culturally in teams.

Duration: 12 months contract – renewable contract

Working hours: Full-time

Location: Hybrid – Charleroi, Belgium
