ServiceNow Developer


As a (Senior) ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in the migration of the CMDB to ServiceNow. You will be responsible for implementing business processes in ServiceNow, designing and developing data integration interfaces, and setting up API integrations. You will work in an agile environment within the Configuration & Asset Management squad and contribute to maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CMDB.


Your Tasks:

  • ServiceNow Implementation:
  • Implement company processes in ServiceNow.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
  • Data Integration:
  • Design and create data feed interfaces to integrate company data into ServiceNow.
  • Set up API integrations between ServiceNow and company local resources.
  • Automation and Reporting:
  • Analyze and create automated exports from ServiceNow to meet the needs of internal customers.
  • Analyze and configure email interfaces (inbound/outbound) in ServiceNow.
  • Workflow design in Service Now.
  • Migration and Optimization:
  • Migrate existing tools to ServiceNow.
  • Optimize systems and processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work in an agile team (Configuration & Asset Management squad).
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders.
  • Actively communicate problems and obstacles.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure successful migration and implementation of ServiceNow.
  • Develop efficient and reliable data integration solutions.
  • Deliver automated reports and exports to support internal customers.
  • Configure email interfaces and workflows.
  • Contribute to maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CMDB.
  • Actively participate in agile sprints and stand-up meetings.
  • Propose improvements.


Key Information:

  • Location: Brussels, next to Brussels Central Station.
  • Work Arrangement: 50% remote work.
  • Language: Excellent knowledge of English, good knowledge of French or Dutch.
  • Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills:
  • ServiceNow Certified (development) is required.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Team spirit.
