SAP Basis Consultant

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading consultancy with a strong presence across Belgium and beyond. With 160 employees and a solid project pipeline, they work with clients in retail, industrials, technology, construction, and chemicals, offering cutting-edge SAP solutions.

As they continue to expand, they are looking for a SAP Basis Consultant to join their team. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with occasional on-site visits as required.

Tasks

Your Role

As an SAP Basis Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the full lifecycle management of SAP landscapes, ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability. You will handle installations, upgrades, migrations, and daily Basis operations, supporting customers across a variety of environments, from on-premise to cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing SAP landscapes, including SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP ERP 6.0, SAP BW 7.5, SAP PO 7.5, SAP FES 6, and SAP SCM
• Supporting Linux and Windows-based SAP systems with HANA, Oracle, Sybase, and SQL Server databases
• Monitoring system performance, conducting tuning, and troubleshooting technical issues
• Leading ECC to S/4 migration projects and providing expertise in SAP RISE operations (preferred)
• Collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality SAP solutions, ensuring seamless system functionality

Requirements

Your Profile

• Minimum 2+ years of SAP Basis experience
• Strong background in SAP system administration, including cloud and on-prem environments
• Experience in SAP migrations and upgrades
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
