Productmanager ICT

Your Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics for your products. This includes studying existing and alternative market solutions, engaging with customers through visits, organizing workshops and user groups, and delivering public presentations. Describe product evolution by writing Epics and validating them with users. This shapes the product roadmap and helps prioritize functionalities in the product backlog. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery and operations. Collaborate with Legal, IT, Communication, Training, Privacy, and Service Desk teams. Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, align objectives, and foster collaboration. Validate product releases through demos and user acceptance tests. Prepare roll-outs in collaboration with the Training and Marketing Communications teams. Monitor and ensure user satisfaction by gathering feedback, analyzing metrics, and driving continuous improvements. Your skills : A Master's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Management or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least five years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of delivering and managing digital products. Experience in both structured project management (e.g. PRINCE2) and agile software development environments. Experience in the notary domain or company management is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal. A customer-oriented mindset focused on understanding and meeting user needs. Fluency in French and Dutch, and advanced proficiency in English to communicate effectively across regions.
