ABOUT THE JOB

ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

We want you to be a part of our team, from Brussels, as a Developer Consultant-Odoo.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and convert the business requirements in functional requirements​, Stay close to the ODOO standard features​
• Consult Odoo developers for solutions implementation​
• Define atomic stories (US and ES)​
• Description DoD, DoR and acceptance criteria
• Perform requirement reviews
• Contribute to UAT planning​
• Support the definition of the release plan
• Coordinate with developers for quality check
• Capability to provide trainings, demo’s, 3rd level support​
• Development and integration of software components
• Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system
• Drafting technical documentation

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

Knowledge and skills

• Very good communication skills ​
• Very good capability to understand business processes (HR) and capacity to understand the business needs ​
• Elaboration of Functional requirements to Odoo from the Business requirements ​
• Capacity to negotiate priorities with the business on the requirements ​
• Very good technical writing skills
• Deep understanding of the technology used for the delivery of the solution. In particular know the technical limitations ​
• Technical expertise on Odoo framework, ability to understand technical choices made by developers ​
• Ability to provide user guidance and training, coaching to the users​
• Ability to development in Odoo
• Software development Lifecycle: GitHub (Enterprise)
• Interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a multicultural environment. Ability to act as a team player. Capacity to coordinate with other teams and multiple stakeholders
• Respect of deadlines. Ability to respect deadlines and budget allocated and respect instructions.
• Language. Ability to write/speak/understand English (Level B min.). French knowledge is an asset.
