Service Manager

How can you make the difference?

We are looking for a dynamic Service Manager to lead a team of service engineers responsible for the global installation of large PVD equipment at our clients' sites.

• You’re a natural leader and coach, supporting the service organization and team members worldwide with resource scheduling, forecasting, travel arrangements, escalations and training.
• You drive the global expansion of our spare parts business, leveraging your keen sense for commercial opportunities and long-term customer relationships. You offer our clients Soleras solutions for maintaining and improving their installations.
• You provide training on service-related matters and stay up to date with the latest industry trends to offer solutions for any challenges that arise.
• Operational efficiency is your second nature. You optimize service processes through in-depth analysis of key incidents, ensuring efficient project execution while mapping and improving workflows as needed.
• You report to the business unit director and collaborate with sales and project managers to ensure accurate budgeting and monitoring of activities at customer site.

Preferred qualifications:

• You hold a Master’s degree in (Electro)Mechanical Engineering or equivalent by experience.
• You have relevant experience with installing and commissioning large CapEx projects in a technical environment.
• You are highly passionate about technology, are customer-centric and solution-oriented.
• You excel in planning and think proactively.
• You are willing to travel internationally on a regular basis (up to 20%).
• You are fluent in English. Any other language is a plus.
