Description

As part of the modernization and digitalization of our OT/IT network infrastructure, we are looking for an expert Transition Manager/Technical Writer to help us draft the technical specifications for the I/OT network market tender.

Responsibilities:

• Write a detailed RFP for IT and OT networks.
• Monitor the public procurement schedule and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage the supplier selection process and contract awards.
• Work with internal and external teams to ensure the quality and compliance of the RFP.
• Oversee the transition and implementation of the selected solutions.
• Act as Project Manager for the transition phase, coordinating activities and tracking progress.
• Collaborate with Security teams to ensure compliance with security standards and governance (SOC, SIEM).

Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of network security Minimum 5 years' experience in transition projects or network implementation. (5 years)
• Experience in writing technical specifications Proven experience in computer networks
• Proven experience in network project management
• Knowledge of SCADA systems
• Experience with some of the following technologies: SOC-SIEM, Cisco, Fortinet, Wallix, Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, IAM Experience with a DSO Level of English B1, Level of French C2
