Manage all aspects of subcontracting contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and internal procedures.
Organize and lead kick-off meetings for each subcontractor to clearly communicate work methodologies, certification requirements, and payment processes, with an emphasis on effective information flow and procedure tracking (including FEWOs, settlements, and on-site certifications).
Ensure all subcontractors provide the necessary guarantees and insurance in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Contract (GTCC).
Prepare and submit monthly reports as required for End of Month (EOM) processes.
Monitor contract performance and enforce penalties as stipulated under the GTCC.
Coordinate and manage the approval process for new pricing requests in line with procedural templates.
Participate in claim negotiations and support the finalization of subcontracting agreements.
Handle the economic and administrative closure of subcontracting contracts, including: Preparing detailed closure reports (covering direct/indirect costs, man-hours, statistics, etc.); Compiling all correspondence exchanged between parties (letters, MOMs, instructions, etc.); Drafting Recommendations for Award (PdA) for site works related to direct costs and maintaining records of all PdAs issued and approved; Managing new subcontracting requests for additional scope or adjustments to existing agreements, including initiating, negotiating, and finalizing orders; Preparing and documenting claims or settlements with subcontractors.
Contribute to the development and documentation of Lessons Learned (LL) related to subcontracting contracts to support continuous improvement across future projects.
