Full Stack Developer & Product Owner

At StriveCloud, we're a fast-growing tech company based in Ghent, Belgium, specializing in gamification software that enhances user engagement across industries like sports, mobility, fintech, and health. Our solutions are trusted by brands such as Fitpass, Zumba, and Vuolog, and we’re on a mission to reshape the gamification landscape.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Front-End Focused Full Stack Developer & Product Owner to take the lead in developing the user-facing aspects of our SaaS platform while also guiding its overall direction.

• Develop and enhance the front-end experience of our gamification platform.
• Collaborate with the founders and backend developer to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and align with market needs.
• Drive strategic decisions to ensure product quality, scalability, and seamless integrations with third-party services.
• Manage user feedback to optimize the user experience and maintain high standards in our systems and integrations.

• 5+ years of experience in Node.js & React, with strong knowledge of Express.js, WebSockets, MySQL/Postgres, and Docker.
• Experience integrating third-party software such as payment gateways, OpenID connections, and social networks (OAuth, Facebook/Google API).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage the product roadmap and backlog.
• Strong expertise in scalable system design and performance optimization.
• A passion for startups and gamification.
• Bonus: Experience with GIT, Atlassian tools (Jira, BitBucket), cloud platforms (GCP/Azure/AWS), and DevOps.
