Snr Project Manager

  • Ensures the monitoring of the activity and the management of the project portfolio
  • Collects all the information (reports, projects, finances, load plans, HR, etc.) and builds or makes available indicators to measure performance and highlight alerts to be processed
  • Provides the necessary visibility on activity monitoring at all levels of hierarchical or cross-functional management
  • Monitors and accompanies, if necessary, all actions aimed at maximizing the performance of projects, and continuous improvement actions of the organization
  • Prioritizes actions
  • Improves project effectiveness
  • Reports on its activities
  • Liaises with other Directorates as part of improvement actions
  • Pilot and organize an end-to-end complex pre-sale
  • Prepares and organizes the review of strategic projects by following actions and highlighting good practices to capitalize on and areas for improvement
  • Identifies sources of gains and drifts, or team brakes
  • Occasionally participates in a pre-sale
  • May lead a project
  • Ensures the recovery of malfunctions and good practices (health, safety and environment)
  • Performs diagnostic reviews of a project (or a set of projects) by analyzing all axes (project management, technical control, process or applied methodology) to identify actions aimed at improving performance
