Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across Europe.
- Analyze talent trends, salary benchmarks, and labor laws to provide data-driven insights to business leaders.
End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Oversee job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Utilize LinkedIn, local job platforms, campus recruitment, and executive search firms to source top candidates.
- Design and optimize a cross-cultural interview process to ensure alignment with company values and role requirements.
Performance Management & Employee Development
- Guide employees and managers in setting clear performance goals and conducting regular evaluations.
- Provide coaching and development support to enhance leadership effectiveness and team performance.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with employees across the region.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employee concerns, providing support and guidance on workplace issues.
HR Compliance & Regional Support
- Ensure alignment with European labor laws and HR best practices.
- Act as a bridge between headquarters and regional offices, ensuring seamless communication and implementation of global HR policies.
- Assist in setting up new European subsidiaries and HR operations.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on international hiring.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Strong ability to work under pressure, manage multiple roles, and meet hiring targets.
- A self-driven, proactive team player with a high level of motivation and work ethic.
- Experience in tech, manufacturing, or energy sectors is a plus.
