Human Resources Director


Key Responsibilities

Organizational Development (OD)

  • Lead organizational diagnostics and structure optimization to support business expansion.
  • Develop and implement efficiency improvement initiatives, including process reengineering, talent density optimization, and cross-department collaboration mechanisms.
  • Establish a corporate culture integration framework, balancing global strategies with local values.

Leadership & Executive Management

  • Oversee the selection, assessment, and development of key overseas leadership teams, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Design and execute leadership performance evaluation frameworks, driving leadership growth and cultural alignment.
  • Facilitate cross-regional executive collaboration, resolving cultural management challenges to enhance strategic execution.

Talent Strategy & Compliance

  • Lead international talent strategy planning, supporting recruitment and retention initiatives for rapid business growth.
  • Address complex labor relations issues, ensuring full compliance with EU labor laws and country-specific regulations.


Qualifications

  • EU citizenship or permanent residency (ability to travel and work freely across Europe).
  • With a mature leadership perspective and the ability to handle high-intensity work.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years as an HR Director (HRD) in a Chinese enterprise.
  • Proven success in managing overseas teams and driving organizational transformation.
  • Expertise in leadership development frameworks, talent strategy, and organizational design methodologies.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
