I’m looking for a passionate HSE professional who thrives on making a real impact and building a strong HSE culture from the ground up. My client, a growing and innovative company, is seeking an HSE Level 2 Officer to join their team and lead safety initiatives across multiple locations in Belgium.

This is an exciting and flexible role where you will create and shape HSE management systems, develop safety processes, drive a culture of safety, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across several sites. You will have the opportunity to work independently, take ownership, and make a tangible impact on the company's safety culture while driving ongoing improvement.

• Develop and enforce HSE compliance and training across multiple sites.
• Manage risk analyses and propose proactive solutions for a safer working environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive HSE initiatives and employee engagement.
• Travel to various sites to monitor and improve safety standards.
